Mr. Timpel is the owner of Villans Arts, a traveling tattoo convention. Where I was assaulted by 2 of their workers. Mr Timpel was dismissed without prejudice from a list of 5 defendants in my civil case after a judgement hearing . I had my last hearing on Jan.10,, 2025 concerning this matter. Consequently , at the present time I don’t have a lawyer, as we separated because of very different interests in my success in this matter.
